Nancy Knudson practices a wholistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As You and Nancy work together, You and she will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Nancy's approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead Nancy works with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
As a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine Nancy has access to critical tools for helping people on their journey and she continues to learn from the top functional medical doctors such as Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Jill Carnahan, Dr. Amy Meyers and so many others. She has completed her Certification with Dr. Josh Axe in Essential Oil Coaching. This is a great addition to her training after having used essential oils for more than 20 years for personal healing. She has her own line of hand crafted essential oils for topical use that she offers for her clients for aid in improving digestion, balancing hormones, enhancing brain health and more.
