DIRECTIONS

Using this blend (or the Rescue Me) before any other blend. Apply into naval (DO NOT apply into the naval during pregnancy) or bottom of feet for 2-4 months daily and then as needed, This blend may also be applied 1-2 drops to temples, sinuses, forehead, base of skull and or neck for histamine, headache, allergies, energy, focus and concentration. Apply 2-3x/day for acute symptoms. For sensitive individuals start with just a drop and or dilute 50% or more into an organic carrier oil. Dilute 50% or more for children under 30 pounds.
