DIRECTIONS

We recommend using this blend before any other blend (See our Gut & Immune Protocol). Apply into naval or bottom of feet for 2-4 months daily and then as needed, This blend may also be applied 1-2 drops to temples, sinuses, forehead, base of skull and or neck for histamine, headache, allergies, energy, focus and concentration. Apply 2-3x/day for acute symptoms. For sensitive individuals start with just a drop or two.
